At its helm are three exceptional individuals whose selfless efforts continue to transform lives: Shri K.G. Butail, Bharat Chand Sood, and Kapil Sood.

Shri K.G. Butail, the Honourable Chairman of PREF, is a respected leader known for his deep sense of duty. Despite his busy schedule managing tea gardens, business, and family responsibilities, he dedicates precious time to serve the community through PREF. His leadership is marked by humility, compassion, and unwavering commitment.

Standing beside him is Bharat Chand Sood, Secretary General and a retired education stalwart. After a long career in education, he chose to continue serving society.

He worked tirelessly to gather donations from generous hearts and helped turn the dream of a Rotary Eye Hospital into reality. His dedication is both touching and remarkable.

The third pillar of this trio is Kapil Sood, a retired bank manager and Secretary Finance. Rather than enjoying a quiet retirement, he chose a path of service.

With honesty and precision, he manages the hospital’s finances and devotes his time wholeheartedly to the betterment of the institution.

Together, this trio has been working completely free of cost, without any personal gain. They are supported by a cooperative and motivated team, all working towards one goal — to bring light into the lives of those who suffer from blindness and poor vision.
