Dr. Rajiv Kumar IAS Confers Medals at 23rd Kumar Surendra Singh Memorial Shooting Championship in Bhopal

In a significant event for Indian shooting sports, Dr. Rajiv Kumar, IAS, Managing Director of Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC), was honored to confer medals upon the winners of the 23rd Kumar Surendra Singh Memorial Shooting Championship (Pistol Event), held in Bhopal.

The prestigious national-level championship, organized under the aegis of the National Rifle Association of India (NRAI), witnessed participation from top pistol shooters across the country. The event served as a platform to identify and encourage emerging talent in the sport, while also paying tribute to the late Kumar Surendra Singh, a noted figure in Indian shooting and sports administration.
